Eyecare of Union Square is located in the 390 Union Blvd. building, on the southeast corner of 4th Ave and Union Blvd. We are just north of the Sheraton Hotel.

From 6th Avenue take the Simms/Union exit and go south to the light at 4th Ave. Turn left onto 4th Ave., and then immediately right into the parking lot.

If you are coming from Alameda Ave. to the south, head north on Union Blvd. to 4th Ave. Turn right onto 4th Ave., then right again inot the parking lot.

There is ample free parking all around the building, and on the upper deck on the east side of the building. Accessible parking is also available on the upper deck.
